Southampton - What's On in and around Southampton and Hampshire

I really enjoyed how comfortable and relaxing it was, some cinemas can be very dirty but this one is extremely clean and there are many places to eat, for dinner, or just a quick snack. The seats can move back and forward and there is a seat rest as all which is optional. I would definitely recommend it especially as the films I have seen there are extremely good quality. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. There is a car park as well which (costs money) but right next to it. So if you want a comfy cinema that's the place to go.

Had a great experience... fantastic cinema, great seats, leather electric recliners. Sounds really good too, not too loud or unbalanced. Food court is also fantastic. Good options and then next door are even more food options in the mall. Really good place to go!

It's a relatively big Odeon that sits in a leisure complex with a nightclub & Frankie & Benny's. It's been around for a while so there's nothing new/special about it. It does have a 'cold' feel to the place, I must say. It doesn't feel warm & welcoming like a cinema should be. The seats & screens are not 'really old' but they are far from up to date. The newer Odeon in Bournemouth at the BH2 complex is light years ahead of here & that is a great example of what a cinema in 2018 should be. Especially screen 10!

This place has been hit hard by the new Showcase cinema and it shows. The seats aren't as nice, the sound systems aren't up to the same standard and it's more expensive. It does have free parking in the evenings, which can easily clock up over in West Quay, but honestly the Showcase is a better experience.

Great little cinema. Staff are very helpful. And the place is always quiet but very reasonable. Only problem is you have to pay to park

Performed on stage for the first time here and loved every second of it. Brilliant atmosphere, engagement staff are all friendly and helpful.

Nice little theatre with a big heart. The acoustics are really good. The seats are more comfortable than I expected. The few performances I have seen here have been very good. The atmosphere is fun. A nice selection of food and drinks available. I would recommend a visit.

If you're looking for an enjoyable evening out, look no further. Don't be put off by the word 'amateur' as it does have negative connotations, however the actors and crew are extremely talented and all love what they do. Fantastic choice of shows put on throughout the year.

Newest theatre in Southampton putting it right in the heart of the cultural quarter. Lots of steps inside though and the taps were already broken in the toilets. The staff were great and the seats are comfy. Not sure about the price of drinks or food but the ticket prices are decent.

New theatre in an excellent location for public transport and parking. Nice atmosphere with very helpful staff and interesting shows coming up this year. Lots of stairs but there are lifts. I found the seats a little uncomfortable but it didn't stop me enjoying the play.
